The agreement between you and Harakeh. It is short, because Harakeh does very little on your behalf — it shows you places, and that is all.
Accepting these terms
By using Harakeh you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
If you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you are able to enter into this agreement where you live.
What Harakeh is
Harakeh is a free guide to places and activities in Amman, Jordan. It helps you find somewhere to go, filter by what you can spend, see what is near you on a map, and save places you liked.
Harakeh is not:
- A booking service. It does not reserve tables, courts, lanes, tickets or seats.
- A payment service. No money moves through Harakeh, and it never asks for card details.
- An agent of the venues it lists, or a party to anything you do with them.
- A reviews platform. There are no user ratings, and the badges on featured places are editorial labels, not engagement data.
Your account
An account is optional. Everything except the Saved list works without one.
- You are responsible for the email address or Google account you sign in with, and for anything done through your account.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. Tell us if you believe someone else has access to your account.
- Please use one account per person. Accounts are for people, not for scripts.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.
Using Harakeh properly
Please do not:
- Scrape, bulk-download or republish the place data or the artwork.
- Use automated tools against the app, or try to work around its rate limits.
- Try to break, probe or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or to anyone else's account.
- Reverse-engineer the app in order to copy it, or present it as your own.
- Use anything you find here to harass a venue, its staff or its customers.
- Use Harakeh for anything unlawful under Jordanian law or the law where you are.
If you find a security problem, please report it to us rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a problem responsibly and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
About the information on places
Prices, opening hours, availability, offers, events and locations change without warning. Check with the venue before you travel or spend money.
Place information in Harakeh is gathered from publicly available sources and is maintained by hand. We try to keep it right, but we cannot promise that any of it is current or complete at the moment you read it.
In particular, treat the following as a starting point rather than a fact:
- Prices. The budget figure is an indicative starting price per person. Venues change prices, run offers, apply minimum charges, and price differently at weekends, on holidays and for groups.
- Opening hours. "Open daily" and the hours shown are what we last recorded. Ramadan, public holidays, private events and seasonal changes are common in Amman and are not reflected automatically.
- Availability. A place being listed does not mean it has space, is open today, or will accept walk-ins.
- Events and offers. These are the most perishable of all and may already have ended.
- Locations and map pins. These are approximate and are meant to orient you, not to navigate you. Follow your directions app, and your own eyes, over a pin.
- Phone numbers. These may change or be reassigned.

Venues and third-party businesses
The venues listed in Harakeh are independent businesses. We are not affiliated with them, we do not control them, and we are not paid by them for being listed.
Being listed in Harakeh is not an endorsement, a recommendation, a safety assurance or a quality guarantee. Any visit, booking, purchase, dispute or agreement is strictly between you and the venue, under whatever terms the venue sets.
Names, logos and trademarks of venues belong to their owners and are used to identify them.
External links and services
Harakeh links out in a few places: "Get Directions" opens Google Maps, a venue's phone number opens your dialler, and signing in may involve Google. Once you leave Harakeh you are on someone else's service, under their terms and their privacy policy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
Your responsibilities
- Use your own judgement about where you go, when, and with whom. Harakeh knows nothing about your circumstances.
- Do not use the app while driving, and do not follow a map pin instead of the road.
- Obey the law and the rules of the places you visit.
- Some listed activities — karting, shooting, trampolining, horse riding, water parks — carry real physical risk. Follow the venue's safety instructions; they are responsible for their premises, and you are responsible for your own decisions.
- If a child is using Harakeh, an adult should decide where they actually go.
Intellectual property
The Harakeh name, its design, illustrations, written copy, icons and source code belong to [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME REQUIRED]. You may use the app as it is intended to be used. You may not copy, redistribute or build on any part of it without permission.
The place dataset is compiled work. Please do not extract or republish it.
Map data and imagery come from OpenFreeMap and are subject to their own licence and to OpenStreetMap's.
Availability and changes to the app
Harakeh is free and is provided as it is. We may change, add, remove or discontinue features, listings or the whole service at any time. There is no guaranteed uptime, and we do not promise the service will be free forever, though there is no plan to charge for it.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an account that is being used to abuse the service, to break these terms, or to harm other people. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account and no longer using the app.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harakeh is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the place information is accurate, current or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of Harakeh, nor for anything that happens to you at a venue, nor for loss caused by relying on place information that turned out to be out of date.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use Harakeh after a change means you accept the updated version. This version is dated 2026-09-18.
